Bro. Jay is originally from the Meridian, Mississippi, area. Bro. Jay has been serving in ministry for twenty-four years in various roles including youth pastor, worship pastor, discipleship pastor, and associate pastor. Since 2013, Bro. Jay and his family have been blessed to be a part of a great church in Eastern Tennessee. 

     Bro. Jay is married to the love of his life, Misty. Misty is a vital part of his ministry and assists in leading the women’s ministry and a ladies Sunday school class where they currently serve.  

  Bro. Jay has a B.A. in Music and is working on completing a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Misty is working to complete a Master’s of  Nursing in Science from Mississippi College. 

     The Parkers are the proud parents of Madalyn, who is seventeen, and Joel, who is eight. The Parker’s believe that God has called them to make a positive difference in the kingdom of God. Their prayer is for God to be glorified in and through their lives individually and as a family.
